How we work

You pay when it works.

Every engagement starts with a 30-day proof of concept. There's nothing to pay up front, and nothing at all unless we deliver 5 qualified meetings with owners who fit your acquisition criteria. After that, you choose how to pay, and you can switch later.

$0Up front

Free if we miss. Paid only if we deliver.

If we hold 5 qualified meetings within the 30 days, the proof of concept has worked and is billed as a whole, meetings 1 to 5 included. If we don't reach 5, you owe nothing at all.

Billed together once the 5th is held

The proof of concept

Step by step
1

Set up

About two weeks before outreach starts. You confirm your acquisition criteria (industries, geography, size), we build the list of owners and warm up our sending.

You pay $0
2

30 days of outreach

The clock starts the day we start emailing and calling owners, and we tell you that date in writing. Every owner open to a conversation is vetted against your criteria, then booked straight onto your calendar.

Nothing is billed unless we hit 5

Did we hit 5?

The goal is 5 qualified meetings within the 30 days. Hit it, and the proof of concept is billed as a whole, all five meetings included. That happens when the 5th is held, even if that's before day 30. Miss it, and it's free.

Hit: paid · Miss: free
Miss

Fewer than 5 in 30 days: your bill is $0

No setup fee, no meeting fees, no retainer, and no obligation to continue. You keep the meetings.

Hit

5 meetings held: the proof of concept is paid

Pay per meeting: the setup fee plus your meeting price for meetings 1 to 5. Retainer: your first month. Outreach keeps going with no new contract.

What counts as a qualified meeting

A meeting we set up with the owner or a senior decision-maker of a company that fits your criteria, and that actually happens. No-shows don't count unless the meeting is rescheduled and held.

If a company doesn't fit, tell us within 3 business days of the meeting and name the criterion it misses. A meeting still counts if the owner later changes their mind or the price doesn't work out.

Two ways to pay

After the proof of concept
Option A · Pay per meeting
$300–$1,500per qualified meeting

You pay for meetings that happen, plus a one-time setup fee. The price follows the size of the companies you target.

If the proof of concept hits 5
One-time setup fee (from $3,000), plus your meeting price for each of meetings 1 to 5. Any extra meeting in the 30 days is billed at the same price.
Every month after
Your meeting price for each qualified meeting held, billed monthly. No meetings, no bill.
When a deal closes
1% to 3% success fee on companies we introduced.
Commitment
Month to month. Stop with 30 days' notice.

Fits best if you want your cost to rise and fall with the number of meetings.

Option B · Flat monthly retainer
From $4,000per month

One fixed monthly price, however many meetings we book. No setup fee.

If the proof of concept hits 5
Your first month's retainer, covering every meeting in it. No setup fee, no per-meeting fee.
Every month after
The same monthly price, whether we book 5 meetings or 25.
When a deal closes
1% to 3% success fee, minus the retainers you've paid, up to an agreed cap.
Commitment
Month to month.

Fits best if you want a fixed monthly budget and expect to close a deal from the meetings.

What a meeting costs

Option A

The price of a qualified meeting follows the revenue of the companies we meet for you. Larger companies take more work to find and reach.

~$300Companies around $1M in revenue
~$1,500Companies around $100M in revenue

Your exact price per meeting is set in your proposal, based on the companies you want to meet.

Switching

Pick the option that fits to start. If your meeting volume or budget changes, move to the other one.

Per meeting → Retainer

Getting more meetings than you expected? Move to the flat monthly retainer. The setup fee you already paid counts toward your first month.

Retainer → Per meeting

Want your cost to follow the number of meetings instead? Move to pay per meeting, with no setup fee to switch.

The success fee

Both options

Only owed if you buy a company we introduced. The rate depends on the size of the company you buy, and one rate applies to the whole deal value.

Revenue of the company you buySuccess fee

$2.5M to $10M2%
More than $10M1%
Retainer example: how the credit works

Example figures. Your proposal sets your own credit cap.

Let's see what 30 days can do.

Tell us what you buy, and we'll walk you through how the proof of concept would work for you.
